Chatbot vs. Voicebot Design comparison
This was a take-home project I did for an interview in the past.
I was asked to design a couple flows for a "flight status checker" bot with a challenge/bonus task of also converting one flow to a voice experience.
Here are some dialog flow mockups that illustrate the designs I created.

Chatbot Mockups
One happy path flow & one error path flow.
Happy Path
This is a mockup for a "happy path", where there are no errors, repair, etc.

Repair Path
This is a mockup for a chat "repair path", where the user repairs their mistake entering the date.

Voice Mockup
Below is a mockup of a script for an interaction with a "flight status checker" voice application.
For now, I have the script written out in text, but a recording is coming soon.
